Steve's bio

Steve has over 15 years in sustainability programs, strategy, and marketing, spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He has worked with startup and multi-national companies, including a position overseas. Steve is the Sustainability Manager for the City of Mountain View. He has created a strategic plan and led several initiatives: a citizen Task Force, a Green Team, GHG inventories, and green building and purchasing policies. Formerly Steve was Founder of Tapfire, a consultancy that designed organizational sustainability programs. Steve speaks on sustainability for businesses, conferences, radio programs, cities, & universities, and holds an MBA in Sustainable Management.
