Ray brings over 9 years experience in Business Intelligence to provide clients with sustainable solutions. At Kaiser he lead a team to provide timely, accurate reports for all NCAL business units, increased accountability of national initiatives and standardized performance metrics. At SFHP he helped resolve Premium Billing issues, facilitated SWOT meetings and vetted requirements for a new billing system. He also helped clients reduce manufacturing costs by developing strategic reporting systems. His diligent work as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders measurably improves enterprise performance. Ray is a focused technical professional with experience as a chef during his breaks from business consulting.
