Pamela's bio
I founded Technology Forecasters Inc. (TFI) in 1987 to help high-tech companies to make better supply-chain decisions around the world. Then, after my book Lean and Green: Profit for Your Workplace and the Environment was published in 2001, TFI launched a sustainability consulting practice named TFI Environment to help our clients substantively reduce their environmental impact in their products, internal operations, employee commuting and business travel, and supply chains.
