Ruben's bio

I am a cleantech entrepreneur currently developing a renewable energy education lab. I am a former vehicle engineer with 14 years of experience in concurrent engineering, global business and innovation.  My specialties are (1) integration of clean technologies and sustainable design through industrial ecology; (2) green vehicles, renewable energy and energy efficiency; and (3) global project engineering, program management, product development, sales & marketing.

I am presently hosting websites and blogs to educate and promote sustainability transforming the human industrial system into an actual ecosytem. I believe that humans as the epitome of complex organisms have an unimaginable capacity to create and evolve. I then count on the potential of humanity to evolve and generate solutions that will restore the Earth.

I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. I have worked both in North and South America. I thrive and indulge diverse and cultural environments. My hobbies are (1) photograpphy and DJ dance mix/soundtrack creation for yoga class and other events; (2) Reading/writing on science, politics, economics, physics, philosophy, art and design; (3) Practice of yoga, dance and extreme sports.
