Jonathan's bio

I love to fix technology! After seeing the Story of Stuff, I redirected my energy into keeping electronics out of the landfill and helping people fix and use what they already own.

If someone has to purchase a new computer I will try and repurpose their old one so that someone who cannot afford a computer can use it. If that is not possible, I will salvage whatever I can and ethically recycle the rest.

I have been in the tech support industry for 8+ years. I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a BA in psychology and I am currently working on an MCSE certification.
