Jay's bio

Hi!

I studied Environmental Science at Cal and have been in the environmental consulting business for the past 10 years.  My experience within the consulting business has been varied but most recently has been focused on commercial real estate due diligence, managing environmental and property condition assessments for banks and lending institutions.  

My experience has provided me with good first-hand knowledge of facilities operations and assessment/auditing practices.  I am a good communicator and project manager who gains great enjoyment providing excellent client service. 

I am currently looking for employment in the green building/energy consulting field.  I am a LEED AP with a keen interest in design and sustainability. I love the outdoors and finding inspiration from nature. I am working on obtaining additional certifications and training in an effort to land a job where I can work hard to make it easier for clients to navigate LEED and green building challenges and meet their sustainability goals.
