I am facilities director for a new project at the Galleria in DT Cleveland called Gardens Under Glass. We are installing hydroponic verticle growing systems on the banisters and carts. Also working with Filtrexx and Sweet Peet growing soxx. Vegtables such as lettuce and micro greens will be grown for our restaurants to purchase and serve fresh daily. Restaurants will be able to sponsor systems and request product grown in system. Our food court food scraps will be recirculated by waste management for developing compost, and then brought back to the building as dirt for other growing systems.
