I am developing Sostevinobile,a discrete chain of sustainable wine bars, first in San Francisco and followed by expansion into other key West Coast metropolises. Unlike the practices of most locavore restaurants, we are (logically) extending this philosophy to our wine list andx serving sustainably-grown wines from the local AVAs in California, Washington, and Oregon.
