Dayna's bio

I'm interested in urban farming and local food enterprises. My background is in organic farming, the economic and political sides of agriculture, and community food security. Currently I'm a Sustainability Fellow with Bon Appetit Management Company (http://bonappetit.typepad.com/bon_appetit/) and based in Uptown, Minneapolis.
