April Economides has more than 10 years experience working at the intersection of strategic management and communications for business districts, non-profits, small businesses, and government entities. She is the Founder Green Octopus Consulting, a sustainability strategy and communications firm that helps create and promote vibrant, sustainable neighborhoods. Her prior civic leadership roles include helping develop a climate action plan for the Claremont Sustainable City Task Force. Her holds an M.B.A. in Sustainable Management and certificate in green renovation and design.
