To Be Filled In
I have been bringing green content into mainstream media since 1997 when I launched
green Trash Talk minutes on KCBS Radio in San Francisco. In 2004 I debuted a weekly interview program devoted exclusively to environmental topics and guests, and in 2006 EcoTalk became the first all green show to air daily in 40 markets on Air America.
I am also a speaker, and guest on television shows including Fox' former Hannity and Colmes. I currently host a weekly radio program, On The Green Front with Betsy Rosenberg which covers what is happening on the green front lines.
Marketing manager at XYwidgets, developer of advanced web applications including the Printgreen widget which helps saving paper and ink.
Sustainability practitioner with more than five years of experience in sustainable operations, climate change, green building, corporate social responsibility reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
I am a partner with the law firm Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean. We've been a certified green law firm since 2003 - well before our competitors. I handle all manner of business litigation, such as contractual disputes, trade secret matters, partnership disputes, product liability claims, director and officer liability, and unfair business practices claims. I also handle environmental litigation involving groundwater and soil contamination, toxic tort, and personal injury.
In addition to my litigation practice, I head our firm's Green Business Practices Group. Our group focuses on clients in the areas of green building, alternative energy, and natural foods/organic products. My green clients tend to be media-based companies that focus on sustainability issues. They typically require legal services pertaining to entity formation, general business advice, contract negotiation/drafting, trademark and licensing issues, and employment counseling.
