Slow Food is a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members around the world. They seek to create dramatic and lasting change in the food system by inspiring a transformation in food policy, production practices and market forces so that they ensure equity, sustainability and pleasure in the food we eat.
Krista Roberts, President of Slow Food Denver, will speak at the January EcoTuesday event in Denver. Krista will share information about the Slow Food Movement, Slow Food Denver’s programs and specifically how this non-profit, grassroots organization is influencing and creating sustainable impact here in Denver.
