Nurit Katz is a social entrepreneur and sustainability consultant focused on building multi-sector and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is the UCLA Sustainability Coordinator and founded the UCLA Sustainable Resource Center in 2005 to provide resources for the campus and community on sustainability.
