In just two days, thousands of people around the world will gather to create awareness for global climate change. People in large cities and small villages, on beaches and amongst skyscrapers, will demonstrate their creativity to send a message to politicians at the upcoming COP15 Conference that this issue is incredibly important to the future of our planet.

Saturday, October 24th is called the International Day of Climate Action. 350.org, a creative activist coalition, has inspired people to use their own creativity and organize all types of activities centered around the number 350. The CO2 level in our atmosphere is currently hovering at around 390 parts per million, however, 350 is the safe upper limit for carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

We encourage all EcoTuesday participants to participate in this very important day. Find an event or organize your own! Please send us photos and share stories!

Also, please bring your 350 stories to EcoTuesday next week! RSVP today! We have a great speaker line up and it's always wonderful to introduce yourself and share your latest project with a room full of smart people, isn't it?
