Jeff Kart is an environmental journalist, blogger, and social media evangelist in Bay City, Michigan.  Jeff writes primarily for the Bay City Times, a publication of MLive on environmental issues.  He also writes a blog called The Mudpuppy, which deals with environmental issues in the Saginaw Bay watershed: everything from sewer overflows to air pollution to alternative energy and coal power. Jeff has a degree from MSU and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Environmental Studies at University of Illinois.
